Frequently Asked Questions

When will the 2026 journals be delivered?

Pre-orders will be delivered starting December 1, 2025, to ensure you receive your journal before the new year. Regular orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days after production.

Can I customize the interior pages?

The interior layout is fixed to include all the planning features shown (yearly calendar, daily pages, monthly goals, project planner, course overview, to-do lists, and notes pages). However, you can personalize the cover with your name and a personal quote.

What paper quality is used?

We use 120gsm premium quality paper that minimizes ink bleed-through and provides a smooth writing experience with both pen and pencil. The pages are thick enough to prevent show-through.

Do you deliver outside Nigeria?

Currently, we only deliver within Nigeria. We're working on expanding our delivery options to other countries in the future.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our journals, we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
